Caroline Rose Giuliani is a writer, director, and actor who originally hailed from New York City. She graduated from Harvard University, where she majored in Film Production.
She is the daughter of Rudy Giuliani the personal lawyer of Donald Trump and the former Mayor of New York City. He has been a republican since the 1980s.
On October 15, 2020, Caroline wrote an essay published in Vanity Fair in which she publicly urges Americans to "end this nightmare" and for Democratic nominee Joe Biden and his running mate Kamala Harris. The headline for the article is: "Rudy Giuliani Is My Father. Please, Everyone, Vote for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris."
The article doesn't leave her feelings to the imagination and includes such tidbits as:
"Trump and his enablers have used his presidency to stoke the injustice that already permeated our society, taking it to dramatically new, Bond-villain heights."
"If being the daughter of a polarizing mayor who became the president's personal bulldog has taught me anything, it is that corruption starts with 'yes-men' and women, the cronies who create an echo chamber of lies and subservience to maintain their proximity to power."
Also on October 15, 2020, The Washington Post reported that "was being used to feed Russian misinformation" to the President.
The Post also reported that Trump “shrugged his shoulders” and seemed unsurprised by O’Brien’s claims, responding simply “that’s Rudy.”
