Neil Diamond Sings ‘Sweet Caroline’ In A Remix For Coronavirus Times

He sang an acoustic version of his famous hit and the new lyrics are definitely guidelines for social distancing.

Neil Diamond officially has my favorite public service announcement of the pandemic.

He took some liberties with his chart topping anthem 'Sweet Caroline' to spread the word on how to stay safe during the coronavirus outbreak.

Seated in front of a fireplace, with his adorable dog, the crooner begins:

“I’m Neil Diamond, and I know we’re going through a rough time right now. But I love you, and I think maybe if we sing together, we’ll just feel a little bit better.”

He sang an acoustic version of his famous hit and the new lyrics are definitely guidelines for social distancing.

"Hands...washing hands," he croons, while strumming a guitar. "Reaching out...don't touch me, I won't touch you!"
