I think most of us eat chicken at least on a weekly basis. As we all know, chicken tastes delicious but the preparation can be a little bit gross.
Mandy Klentz, aka @raising_krazies , shared a hack that has gained a lot of traction on TikTok and for good reason. Did you know you could remove the yucky white bits, known as tendons, from your chicken easily?
All you need is a fork and a piece of paper towel! The hack is a bit of a game-changer and her video has gone viral.
As of June 25, 2020, her video has been viewed more than 4 million times and gotten an astonishing 680,000 likes, and 9,704 comments.
Here it is in all its glory!
Simply stick the tendon through the progs of your fork, grab the tendon with a paper towel and pull down.
No mess, no fuss, just a tasty chicken breast that's ready to go!
Mandy told Bored Panda that she absolutely didn’t expect that her video would become so popular. “I actually film recipes on my Instagram @raising_krazies quite often so for me it was just another dinner. I only shared it on TikTok because I pretty much didn’t understand TikTok at the time and was kind of just posting random things figuring out what works and what doesn’t,” she said.
She later shared a smores hack that looks pretty good too, in case you are interested.
